CCFO Breakfast 2026
A free breakfast seminar for CIBA members on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at Randpark Golf Club, Randburg. It’s the day before the Reserve Bank announces its rates decision, and you’ll spend the morning with 29 other finance leaders working through what funding costs, the mini budget, working capital and AI spend mean for your 2027 budget. Seats are limited to 30.
What will set you apart
By completing this course you will gain the following competencies
- You’ll go into your budget sign-off having tested your thinking with other CFOs and finance directors, the day before the rates decision. You’ll leave with:
- a clearer view of your funding mix, covenant headroom and first-quarter 2027 costs
- an understanding of what the mini budget means for your tax risk and your directors
- working capital levers that cost less than your overdraft
- a case for AI spend that your board can follow
- Most CFOs are increasing AI investment, but only 6% rank it as their top lever for driving enterprise value. The final session shows how to close that gap by building the skills of your team.
