Description

Taking on new clients can vary depending on the specific practice and industry; however, clients are the core of any business and as such the importance of new clients cannot be overstated. In this course we will focus on the entire process of taking on new clients, from evaluation through onboarding to billing. This will be done through the avenues of client understanding, building rapport, expectation identification and management and, finally, closing the deal.
