Product Information

If you provide trust or company services to clients, for example, registering companies with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FIC Act) requires you to comply with a full set of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

This 12-module self-study course covers everything a Trust and Company Service Provider (TCSP) needs to know: what your obligations are, how to build a compliant Risk Management and Compliance Programme (RMCP), how to conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for different client types, how to screen against the Targeted Financial Sanctions (TFS) list, when to file regulatory reports, and how to complete the 2026 Risk and Compliance Return (RCR). Each module includes practical guidance, references to Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) directives and Public Compliance Communications (PCCs), and a knowledge check. No prior FIC compliance knowledge required.
