Your diary is full. Your staff are busy. The money comes in every month. So what happens if you stop working, and what would somebody actually pay to own the practice you have built?
Serengeti Estates, Kempton Park · 200 seats · 14 sessions · 10 CPD units
Why this ticket exists
Turnover tells you how busy you are. Valuation tells you what you actually built.
You closed the VAT submissions. You chased the construction client for invoices they promised in June. You quoted a retail client and heard your own voice hesitate on the number.
Here is what that costs. Under-pricing by R450 an hour across fifteen clients is roughly R280,000 a year you did not bill. And a practice where every decision runs through the owner is a practice a buyer will discount heavily, or walk away from entirely.
You do not have a capacity problem. You have a value problem.
Two days built around four outcomes: make more, charge more, lose less, build value. Every session is built on one of them, and every session produces something you complete in the room and take home.
If a session could comfortably have been delivered as a normal webinar, it does not get the main stage at PMC. That is the standard the programme is held to.
What you leave with
Fourteen sessions across two days, and one A3 plan you write before you leave the room. CIBA emails it back to you after 90 days.
Make more
Where the next R1 million comes from. Public-sector contracts, offshore work for United States firms, and the sectors about to need more accounting support than they have.
Charge more
Bring your fee book. Three real jobs get priced live on stage. You leave having repriced one of your own clients, with a date set for the conversation.
Lose less
Why SARS picked your client. What a professional indemnity claim actually costs. What happens when a staff member clicks the wrong link on a Friday afternoon.
Build value
Real practices valued live on stage, then the assumptions changed so you watch the value move. Then an actual buyer says what they pay for and what they price at zero.
What is included
The Golf Day and the Padel Tournament run on Tuesday 24 November and are booked separately. Neither carries CPD.
The programme
Every session uses real numbers, a real case or a live exercise. Programme and speakers are correct at publication and invitations are confirmed progressively, so the running order may be adjusted.

Who this is for
The Full Package adds the Golf Day and prizegiving for R750 more than this ticket, which is R650 less than buying the two separately. If you are playing, book the Full Package instead.
The part you cannot get from a recording
When you register, you tell us what you are looking for and what you can offer. CIBA uses that to make deliberate introductions across both days, through table seating, lunches and the business exchange evening. At registration you receive MY PMC CONNECTIONS: three named people CIBA thinks you should meet, and why.
Before you book
Ten CPD units across the two conference days. The Golf Day and Padel Tournament do not carry CPD.
No. Conference Only is a full ticket and many delegates take it. The sport day exists to build relationships before the conference starts, which is why the Full Package is priced to make it easy to add.
Yes. Book this ticket and add Padel Tournament separately. The Full Package covers golf rather than padel, because the two sports run at different times on the same day.
Your registration form asks what you are looking for and what you can offer. CIBA groups the responses, identifies high-value reciprocal matches, and uses them to set lunch tables and direct introductions. At registration you get three named people you should meet, and why.
Serengeti Estates in Kempton Park, about fifteen minutes from OR Tambo International. Accommodation options near the estate will be listed closer to the date.
Sessions are recorded and made available to registered delegates afterwards. The live pricing surgery, the live valuations and everything that happens between sessions are not things a recording replaces.
