1️⃣ Proctoring & Monitoring

• This test is monitored by proctoring software, which will track both you and your computer during the exam.
• You must allow access to your camera and microphone for cpd.myciba to enable monitoring.
• Your session will be recorded, and CIBA and Empowerskill may review the footage after submission to verify compliance with exam rules.

2️⃣ Permitted Browser Access

During the test, you are only allowed to access the following websites:

• SARS Website → https://www.sars.gov.za/
• CIBA Website → https://myciba.org/

❌ Accessing any other websites or unauthorized resources will be considered a violation of exam rules.

3️⃣ Exam Weighting & Qualification Requirements

• This exam is administered by Empowerskill and contributes 40% to your Final Statement of Results.
• Your Year Mark accounts for the remaining 60% of your Final Statement of Results.
• To be eligible to write the Chartered Financial Administrator Professional Evaluation (CIBA Board Exam) and obtain the CFAdmin Designation, you must achieve at least 50% on your Final Statement of Results.

4️⃣ Exam Format & Structure

This exam follows the layout and difficulty level of the CIBA Board Exam, serving as a valuable preparation tool for candidates.

The Final Test of Competency consists of three sections:

✅ Independence and Honesty Declaration – You must confirm that all work submitted is your own and that you will uphold ethical standards throughout the exam.

✅ Technical Skills – Assessment of your subject-specific knowledge and practical application.

✅ Professional Skills – Evaluation of your ability to apply professional judgment and competencies.
