Product Information

The amended COIDA regulations took effect in January 2026 and materially change how compensation fund compliance must be handled. Many employers, intermediaries and practitioners are still working off outdated assumptions. This session cuts through uncertainty and focuses on what the regulations actually require in practice. It explains where responsibility sits, what compliance now looks like, and where enforcement risk has increased. If you advise clients, manage payroll, handle HR, submit returns, or sign off on compliance, this is not optional knowledge. The session is designed to ensure professionals understand the regulatory impact, the operational consequences, and the areas where mistakes will be costly. Staying silent or uninformed is no longer defensible.
