Lethabo Shokane is an admitted Advocate and an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in public sector legal services, legislative drafting, and corporate governance. He holds an LLB from the University of the North (now the University of Limpopo) obtained in 2002, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law (2007) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law (2010) from the University of Johannesburg. He has further strengthened his technical expertise through certificates in Legislative Drafting (2008) and Contract Drafting (2009) from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a specialised Certificate in Drafting of Nuclear Law (2012) from the International Atomic Energy Agency
