Yolanda Shole – Yolanda Shole is a Support Consultant for the eFiling and e@syFile solutions. She has a strong background in customer service- dealing with taxpayers and in education of the SARS products as she has seen them be modernised over the years. She has been part of the team with SARS from 2004. her key strength is optimizing the user experience on the products. She has studied in IT  and Industrial  psychology.

Nomhle Zama – Nomhle has been part of the eFiling/e@syfile consulting team since 2008, specializing in assisting users with navigation and resolving technical queries. Her role involves providing effective troubleshooting support, identifying issues, and reporting to technical department to ensure prompt resolutions.
