Product Information

Many employers and practitioners are struggling with COIDA administration because of system problems, long delays, and unresolved issues that are outside their control. This session is designed to address those challenges directly. The Compensation Fund team will provide practical answers on registration, ROE submissions, audits, assessments, payment allocations, Letters of Good Standing, and more. This is not a legislative overview. It is a working session focused on helping practitioners understand the correct processes, know who to contact when things go wrong, and protect their clients in an environment where compliance is being made difficult by operational failures.

Presenter/s

Representatives from the Department of Labour
