SARS has pushed through several e@syFile updates since late 2025. Some of these changes are mandatory from the 202602-reconciliation period. If you miss them, your PAYE submissions will fail.
This webinar informs you about what has changed, why it matters, and what you need to action right now. It will also provide you with an opportunity to ask your questions and get answers directly from SARS officials.
e@syFile does not stay still. Since November 2025, SARS has released multiple version updates covering everything from ETI corrections to bulk payment enhancements. The most critical change takes effect from the 202602-reconciliation period: Income Tax Reference Numbers become mandatory on IRP5 certificates for employees who must register under section 67 of the Income Tax Act. Employers without valid reference numbers will be blocked from submitting PAYE reconciliations. Beyond this, corrections to source codes, import files, and comparison screens have changed how the system behaves. Staying on an older version or working without understanding these changes puts your submissions, your clients, and your professional standing at risk. This webinar gives you a clear, practical breakdown of every significant update so you can act with confidence.
