The purpose of the event is to understand the difference between Leadership and Team Management. A subject matter expert is involved to shed light on this with support from industry managers/leaders to make it more practical. Through the insights shared, delegates will be able to identify the gap in their organization and in themselves and how to address and approach the matter in the growth of both.
