This training session provides an overview of IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, focusing on sustainability-related and climate-related financial disclosures. Participants will gain insights into the general disclosure framework, key content areas, and compliance requirements for both standards. The session will cover governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics & targets, with a particular emphasis on climate-related risks, opportunities, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting. By the end of this training, attendees will understand how to apply IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 principles effectively to enhance transparency, decision-making, and stakeholder communication.
